Larco provided all structural Building Engineered Drawings and Calculations, labor, materials, equipment and incidentals to erect/construct one (1) new pre­ engineered 30’ x 30’ shade structure on a new concrete pad.

 

Larco installed storm water management, commercial reinforced concrete foundation and floor, assure approaches and sidewalks are per ADA standards, match existing building materials, color and details, electrical, lighting, electrical outlets, LED weather tight light fixtures, outdoor rated speakers and one “Big Ass Fan” for air circulation.

 

Additional work included a retro-fit of the front doors of building 2274 with ADA mechanism for auto opening and the repair / replacement of the metal Electrical Room door.
