Larco Development, Inc. was responsible for repairing the exterior of Building 1 at SSC Pacific. Building 1 is constructed partially of precast exterior concrete panels. These pre-cast exterior panels needed repair due to spalding concrete. Scaffolding had to be installed around the building perimeter to complete the repairs. Larco repaired all existing damaged concrete, damaged rebar and repaired large cracks in the concrete pre-cast panels.

    All approximately 136,800 square feet of panels were prime coated and painted. All metal railings were repaired and treated with a high performance coating system. All remaining concrete balconies and floors were also repaired and treated with high performance epoxy coating. 

    New recessed LED lights were installed in walkway areas.
