Larco performed demolition of existing walls, removal of existing doors, provided and installed a noise generator unit, electrical, provided and installed new fire alarms and mass notification devices at designated locations, Installed new 3-ton ductless type split system air conditioning unit, demolition of  existing carpet and cove base,  installed new 2’ x 2’ square tiles, installed 600 volt 20 amp disconnect for air handler system.

 

Replaced an existing 5 ton roof top air conditioner in room A200 with a 6 ton system and installed another new 1.5 ton AC in server room area complete and ready for use.
