Larco demolished existing deck structure with two existing gazebos. Installed are new footings, structural members, structural bracing for gazebo, rail and posts, cumaru deck overlay, new lights, a handicap ramp, a gazebo structure with standing metal-seam roof and waterproof membrane, a 115’ glass windscreen, palm trees, and landscaping.
