
Construction Superintendent/SSHO and Quality Control Officer

Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a general construction superintendent on Federal DOD Projects.

Must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Quality Control Manager on Federal DOD Projects.

SUPERINTENDENT/SSHO

Must be capable of passing pre-employment background screening and able to obtain security clearances for federal work.

Capable of reading, interpreting and understanding construction documents including RFP's, Plans, Specifications, Etc...

Well-organized problem solver capable of successfully bringing projects in on time and on budget.

Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations

Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders

OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid are required, 40-hour EM385-1-1 Certificate is also Required.
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

Must be capable of passing pre-employment background screening and able to obtain security clearances for federal work.

Capable of reading, interpreting and understanding construction documents including RFP's, Plans, Specifications, Etc...

Well-organized problem solver capable of successfully bringing projects in on time and on budget.

Must have current Contractor Quality Control Manager Certificate (ACOE or similar).

Capable of preparing, submitting and tracking all construction documents.
-
EM385-1-1 (40 hour) certificate is a plus.

Proficiency with QCS a plus
